Delete your autohome.uz account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. The map keeps working without an account.
In the app
- Open the autohome.uz app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with the one-time code sent to your phone number.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to info@autohome.uz with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number of the account. To protect you, we may call or text that number to confirm the request.
What is deleted
- Account details: phone number and name.
- Saved places, saved cars and saved searches.
- Notification settings and push tokens.
- Usage data linked to your account.
Timing and what we keep
Your account is closed right away and its data is deleted within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, and anonymous statistics that can't be linked back to you. Reports you sent about places stay as corrections to the place details, without your name or number.
