Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the autohome.uz mobile app and the website autohome.uz (together, the "Service"), operated by autohome.uz ("autohome.uz", "we", "us") in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
autohome.uz is a directory and map of car-related businesses in Uzbekistan: repair shops, detailing studios, auto shops, car washes and fuel stations. It also includes Car Finder, which gathers car ads published on third-party platforms. The Service is free for drivers.
We may change, add or remove features. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your account
- You can use the map without an account. Some features, such as saved places and Car Finder alerts, need one.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Give a phone number you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
Place details and accuracy
Place details come from open map data, public directories, user reports and businesses themselves. Phone numbers, addresses, hours, prices and services can change without notice. We work to keep place details correct, but we do not guarantee that any place's details are complete, current or accurate.
Before you drive somewhere, especially for urgent repairs, towing or fuel on a long route, call the business to confirm it is open and can help.
autohome.uz does not provide car services, does not employ the businesses on the map and is not a party to any agreement between you and a business. The quality, price and safety of their work are the responsibility of the business.
Car Finder
Car Finder shows car ads published by other people on third-party platforms such as avtoelon.uz, Uzum Avto and olx.uz, and links to the original ad. We do not verify the cars, sellers, prices or documents, and we do not take part in any sale or payment.
Before buying a car, check its documents and history, inspect it in person or with a mechanic, and never send a prepayment to a seller you have not met. Report suspicious ads to info@autohome.uz.
Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- submit false reports or place details, or impersonate a business or person;
- post content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights;
- copy, scrape or resell the Service's data in bulk, or use it to send spam;
- interfere with the Service, try to access it without permission, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows;
- use the Service in breach of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Business owners
If you represent a business, you can claim its place to manage its details. By claiming a place you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business and that the information and photos you submit are accurate and that you have the right to publish them. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to display that content in the Service and in autohome.uz promotion.
We may review, edit or remove place content that breaks these Terms or is reported as inaccurate. A business that does not want to be listed can ask us to remove it.
Intellectual property
The autohome.uz name, logo, app design and software belong to autohome.uz. Map data includes data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Content of car ads from source platforms belongs to its owners. Apart from personal, non-commercial use of the Service, you may not use our content without written permission.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, autohome.uz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from inaccurate place details, the services or goods of businesses on the map, car ads in Car Finder, or interruptions of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan that cannot be limited by agreement.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. We may also update these Terms; for significant changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will try to resolve any dispute with you through talks first. If that does not work, disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Language
This document is published in Uzbek, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Uzbek version prevails.
